Excellent stay near O2 arena
convenient locationshopping centerice maker
The hotel sits conveniently next to the O2 arena. OC Harfa shopping center is nearby, as is a metro station on the B line. The metro provides a ride to the city center. I found an ice maker available on my floor.
The water pressure in the shower could be better.

The hotel offers modern amenities and comfortable beds. Soundproofing is good, and the breakfast buffet provides a rich selection. Parking garage slots are wide and long enough for modern cars.

The location suited my needs very well, especially with the o2 arena so close. Proximity to the metro station proved very convenient. A shopping center is also within a short walking distance of the hotel.

My room was spacious and well-equipped with a Marshall speaker and a television. A big window offered a nice view. The interior design resembled film studios. I noticed exposed concrete and spotlights.

small menuundercooked eggs
the location is definitely convenient if you attend an event at the o2 arena. it is not ideal if you want to explore the city center. the dinner menu in the restaurant was small. the breakfast eggs were undercooked, and the sausages contained hard gristle. i found this disappointing, especially as the hotel aims for a higher standard.

the breakfast selection was acceptable.
i found the service to be pretty bad at dinner and if you didn't want to eat in the hotel, the shopping mall was the only real option. no place for a nice meal out, unfortunately.
